What we are dealing with
Following a prudent and thorough discussion regarding the product and its usability, we design the piece for production. Tools are manufactured in-house, in order to aid your choices and also saving you time if any modifications need to be made.
The technology of tool manufacturing
First a special program is used to design the shape of the tool and then we manufacture it on a CNC milling machine.
The tools are usually made of SikaBlock (plastic) or aluminium, depending on the number of items produced with the specific tool, but in some unique cases we also make tools from gypsum (cast) or SikaBlock (wood).
Tool manufacturing in-house by us
The advantage of tool manufacturing lies in its uniqueness. Due to the fact that every step of the process is made in-house, manufacturing is quick and we are able to reach the final product within a few days time only.
