Our company mainly deals with the extrusion of thin-walled, small diameter tubes, drinking straws and certain profiles extruded from performance materials.

We also undertake the extrusion of food industry-related and other products, for which purpose we are able to provide you with the certificates ensured by our raw material manufacturers. We also guarantee that our production methods meet the requirements of ISO certifications.

In the process of extrusion, the raw compound material is commonly in the form of granules, mainly PP (polypropylene) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene-styrene) plastics. During the process the plastic beads come into contact with a rotating screw, which forwards them into a heated barrel. There the material will soften and become pliable. Then the molten plastic reaches the extruder tool. After passing through, the product must be cooled.

This is achieved by pulling the extrudate through a water bath. At this point the product already has its profile shape, however it must be cooled down before reaching the pull-cut zone. The pulling mechanism pulls the semi-finished product until it reaches the cutting tool, which cuts the extrudate to its desired length. Then the finished product will be packaged. In order to meet the quality requirements, extrusion is under continuous control.

The finished product can be cut to any length, therefore it can be adapted to your requirements easily. Another advantage of this technology is that it is perfectly suitable for the series production of larger quantities of products.
