The preparation of the folded edges is preceded by the production of the vacuum-formed product, whereas we create the seat where the product is subsequently placed. After forming we cut out the semi-finished product so that the lugs (by which the folding will happen) appear. Then with the help of a machine, we fold the lugs back in two or three sides – according to the request of the customer – to get the final shape of the packaging material.
